Cancellation policy
Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival incurs a fee of 10% of the rental price, up to 30 days before arrival 30% of the rental price, up to 15 days before arrival 50% of the rental price, and from 7 days before arrival 90% of the rental price. If the trip is not commenced without cancellation, the full rental price is due. There is no entitlement to a refund for early departure. A name change of the contract is possible under the same rental conditions. If arrival is not possible due to travel restrictions and "lockdown" in the country of origin, no cancellation fees will be charged and the deposit made will be refunded.

Take the Southern Motorway A2 – exit at Bad St. Leonhard – towards Klippitztörl – after about 1.5km past Gasthof Buchbauer, take the third road on the left – approximately 150m on the left is the Alm-Chalet
FROM GERMANY
Via Salzburg – A10 Tauern Motorway – Villach – Klagenfurt – Wolfsberg – exit at Bad St. Leonhard – towards Klippitztörl – after about 100m past Gasthof Buchbauer, the Alm-Chalet is on the right.
VIA PASSAU
A9 – E57 – St. Michael in Obersteiermark – S36 Zeltweg – exit at Zeltweg-Ost towards Bad St. Leonhard – B78 – Bad St. Leonhard – towards Klippitztörl – after about 100m past Gasthof Buchbauer, the Alm-Chalet is on the right.
