Cancellation policy

6. Option to Cancel a. A reservation can be canceled within 8 days from the date of reservation. This must be done first by phone and then in writing by registered mail with the reservation confirmation attached. Reservation costs must be paid in any case. b. In case of cancellation after these 8 days, the cancellation terms apply unchanged, see point 7. c. This option to cancel does not apply to reservations made within 8 weeks prior to the rental start date. 7. Cancellation by the Tenant a. Any cancellation must be communicated first by phone and then also in writing to SSH. b. For cancellations after 8 days and up to 3 months before the rental start date, 15% of the net rent will be charged. c. 50% of the net rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 3 months to 1 month before the rental start date. d. 75% of the net rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 1 month to 1 week before the rental start date. e. 100% of the net rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the rental start date or if the rental period has already begun. f. In case of cancellation, the mediation fee and the associated cancellation costs of â‚¬28 will be charged.

Getting there

From the Heerlen border crossing, follow the N281 towards Antwerp. Via the E314 and E313, you will reach the Antwerp Ring, where you follow the signs to Bergen op Zoom. Immediately after the border, follow the signs to Vlissingen (A58). From the direction of Rotterdam, follow the A16 to the Klaverpolder junction, then the A17 to the De Poel junction, and then the A58 to Vlissingen. From the Venlo border crossing, drive towards Eindhoven, from Eindhoven take the A58 to the N57 towards Domburg.
