Cancellation policy
6. Option to Cancel
a. A reservation can be canceled within 8 days from the date of reservation. This must be done first by phone and then in writing by registered mail with the reservation confirmation attached. The reservation fee must be paid in any case.
b. If a cancellation is made after these 8 days, the cancellation conditions apply unchanged, see point 7.
c. This option to cancel does not apply to reservations made within 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
7. Cancellation by the Tenant
a. Any cancellation must be communicated first by phone and then also in writing to SSH.
b. For a cancellation after 8 days and up to 3 months before the start of the rental, 15% of the basic rent will be charged.
c. 50% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 3 months to 1 month before the start of the rental.
d. 75% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 1 month to 1 week before the start of the rental.
e. 100% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the start of the rental or if the rental period has already begun.
f. In the event of a cancellation, the mediation fee and the associated cancellation costs of €28 will be charged.

Nestled in a beautifully landscaped garden near the forest, only a short walk separates you from the beach and the center.
Getting there
From the Heerlen border crossing, follow the N281 towards Antwerp. Via the E314 and E313, you will reach the Antwerp Ring, where you should follow the signs to Bergen op Zoom. Just after the border, then follow the signs to Vlissingen (A58).
From the direction of Rotterdam, follow the A16 to the Klaverpolder junction, then the A17 to the De Poel junction, and then the A58 to Vlissingen.
From the Venlo border crossing, drive towards Eindhoven, from Eindhoven take the A58 to the N57 towards Domburg.

+ schöne große Wohnung
+ alles da was man braucht
+ tolle Lage
+ sauber
- div. kleine Mängel wie def. Heizstrahler auf Balkon, kaputte Jalousie im Schlafzimmer, ziemliche dreckige Kaffemaschine, kein Schlüssel und keine Fernbedienung für Tiefgarage
- Betten mußten selbst bezogen werden (was wir aber wußten)
- doch ziemlich teuer
Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefüht und können die Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen.
