Luxury Villa Celeia is a contemporary three-apartment house with a heated pool, located in the heart of Krk town. It is just a short walk from the promenade and only 300 meters from the nearest beach. This 5-star villa is ideal for discerning guests seeking a luxury property in a beautiful setting, just a few minutes' walk from the town center and the coast.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a well-maintained garden with Mediterranean vegetation and an inviting pool, perfect for refreshing dips on hot summer days. The terrace features sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor grill, offering the opportunity to prepare traditional Adriatic dishes. Your car will be safely parked within the gated area.
Villa Celeia includes three spacious apartments, each with its own privacy and separate floor. The first apartment is located on the ground floor, the second on the first floor, and the third on the second floor. All apartments are of the same size, measuring approximately 100 m² each.
