Cancellation policy
If the tenant cannot, for any reason, take the rental property on the agreed date, or does not wish to, they must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification must be confirmed in writing or by email.
If the stay is cancelled after a final booking, 50% of the total rent (excluding deposit, bed linen, and tourist tax) will be charged. There are no cancellation fees if tourism in Zeeland is not permitted due to COVID-19, or if you cancel earlier than 35 days before arrival.
