Villetta Rosmarino is in the middle of three terraced houses, located in the most privileged part of Costa Paradiso, only 250 metres from the sea, close to all rocky bays, where you can walk, and to the Maya shopping center.
The house consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, one double room, one twin room and two bathrooms, one en-suite, the living room has two large sliding windows that lead onto a covered veranda. bbq, outdoor shower, a washing machine and private parking.
