Layout
On the ground floor you have a living room equipped with, among other things, a spacious seating area, fireplace, dining area, television, CD player, radio and some games.
The kitchen includes a four-burner cooker, filter coffee maker, toaster, fridge, combination microwave, oven, dishwasher and kettle. In the pantry, there is an additional fridge/freezer.
In the hall there is a separate toilet and the bathroom with shower and washbasin.
On the first floor, you will find four bedrooms. The first three bedrooms all have two single beds and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed.
There is an extra toilet on the first floor. Furthermore, there is central heating, a washing machine and tumble dryer, free internet and a high chair.
Outside you have an enclosed patio garden with a furnished terrace, parasol, sunshade and barbecue. You have a private parking space.

From Koudekerke runs a three-kilometer long Strandweg to Dishoek, which, because of its location at the foot of the dunes, is a real tourist attraction. This is a great contrast to rustic Koudekerke where you will find the necessary space and tranquility, but still be in the vicinity of many tourist activities. For example, typical Walcheren towns Veere and Zoutelande are definitely worth a visit. Would you like to spend a day shopping? Then visit the cozy Middelburg or Vlissingen.
