Up to eight guests can be accommodated in the spacious holiday home. There are four bedrooms in total. Two of them are double bedrooms, the other two have two single beds each. The kitchen-living room with a large dining table, filter and Nespresso machine invites you to socialise. Cozy TV or reading evenings are possible in the living room, where a large sofa group, various books and board games are available. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and two separate toilets in the house. Our guests can enjoy the sun on our sunbeds, which can be placed in the garden in front of the house. There are two parking spaces directly in front of the house.
Our location is characterised above all by its proximity to Lake Constance. Our holiday home guests are only 5 minutes by car away from the Salzmann harbour on the beautiful shore of Lake Constance. The proximity to the capital Bregenz is especially advantageous for culture lovers (Bregenzer Festspiele, Kunsthaus Bregenz, ...). The nearest skiing area is only 25 minutes away by car. The Vierländereck, where we are located, also offers some advantages. So you can explore four countries (Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Liechtenstein) in one holiday.

Our idyllic holiday home is located in a quiet residential area in the community of Höchst. Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. Lake Constance can be reached in 5 minutes by car. However, the quiet area can be explored much better by bike. Two bicycles are available to rent free of charge. Not far from the accommodation there is also an e-bike rental service. Shopping facilities, doctors and pharmacies are in the immediate vicinity.
