The house Villa in the countryside stands high on a hill in 7ha of land with beautiful panoramic views of surrounding countryside. The house was built with great care by the owners for their young family.

It has two double bedrooms one of which has en-suite bathroom, the other with bathroom adjacent ,the third bedroom with twin beds is on a mezzanine reached by steep stairs. Large open plan kitchen/dining/living area fully equipped, comfortable sofas, big open fire and long dining table.
The front of the house has furnished covered patios leading to a big garden with the mountains of Monte Limbara as a backdrop.

It should be noted that the last 900mt of road is unsurfaced as most of country lanes in Sardinia . It is not suitable for cars with very low ground clearance .
