Cancellation policy
The tenant may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the rental period. The cancellation must be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, whereby a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or an email will suffice to comply with the written form. The declaration of withdrawal becomes effective on the day it is received by contacto-mallorca. In the event of contract cancellation, the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
• For a cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental, the tenant pays 0% of the agreed rental price.
• For a cancellation from the 41st to the 29th day before the start of the rental, the tenant pays 15% of the agreed rental price.
• For a cancellation from the 28th day before the start of the rental, the tenant pays 95% of the agreed rental price.
In the case of a no-show, the tenant pays 100% of the rental price.

Holiday destination
Located in the beautiful harbor town of Puerto Pollença, this modern apartment is just a stone's throw away from the beach promenade and the fine sandy beach, complete with charming beach bars, only 50 meters away. There, you will find the Sail & Surf sailing and windsurfing school. Right next door is the "La Gola" nature reserve with a bird watching center. A bus stop is not far away. The beach gently slopes into the sea and is perfect for small children. There are lovely children's playgrounds on the beach.
Getting there
Puerto Pollença is just over 60 kilometers away from the airport of the island's capital, Palma. With my car rental service, you'll be in Pollença about two hours after your landing. Late arrivals without additional fee. You will receive directions and will be greeted and shown around the house upon arrival.

El apartamento es muy bonito y tiene todo lo necesario, está muy cerca de la playa, restaurantes y supermercados. Nos costaba aparcar cuando llegábamos después de las 21:00.

Logement parfait. très propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé , extrêmement bien placé (à 50m de la plage et des commerces) mais calme. Martina a été très arrangeante concernant notre arrivée. De plus, de petites intentions nous attendaient.C'est parfois un peu compliqué pour se garer mais nous avons toujours trouvé à moins de cinq minutes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
