If you are looking for a holiday home to get together with family or friends, this former hotel is ideal. The accommodation offers plenty of space and is located in Baraque Fraiture, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes and close to Vielsalm and the ski slopes.

Baraque Fraiture, in the municipality of Vielsalm, is one of the highest points in Belgium. The ski resort has 3 downhill runs and several cross-country ski trails. From the top of the Tailles plateau you have a magnificent view over the landscape of meadows, heaths and forests.

The owners merged knowledge and taste during the transformation of the house. This has resulted in the perfect combination of spacious, stylish furnishings, where you can enjoy being with your loved ones. Haus: Das Haus, nun, wo fange ich an? Es sind Teile renoviert. Es gibt „alte“ Teile. Diese beeinträchtigen die Qualität des Hauses. Einige Zimmer haben schöne Badezimmer, aber das Zimmer ist alt und abgewohnt. Die Matratzen sind dünn und hart, daher musste ich die Matratze vom Zusatzbett nehmen. Nicht jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein Badezimmer, daher ist es sehr schwierig, die Zimmer auf Personen aufzuteilen. Sie mussten in unserem Zimmer duschen. Wie gesagt ... das Haus ist veraltet. Der Wohnbereich wurde modernisiert. aber der „Spielbereich“ ist wiederum von geringer Qualität. Der Billardtisch auf dem Bild ist wirklich schlecht und alt. Nur 1 Cue verfügbar. und das Zimmer ist zu klein dafür. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet!! Da wir schlechtes Wetter hatten, haben wir den Außenbereich nicht genutzt, aber der große Grill ist aufgrund von Korrosion fast fertig.

Fazit: Das Haus hat Potenzial. Die Räume müssen repariert und modernisiert werden. Stellen Sie einen heruntergekommenen Billardtisch in den Raum der Bar und es ist ein weiterer Anblick. ;-)

Das Esszimmer und die Sitzecke im Erdgeschoss waren gut, schöner Ort, wurde modernisiert. Das Spielzimmer hatte ein Leck, als es viel geregnet hatte, und es fehlte an Wartung.
Die Toiletten im Keller rochen ziemlich schlecht, ein unappetitlicher Raum.
Die Außenterrasse ist angenehm.
Der Abwaschbereich in der Küche funktionierte gut, der Küche selbst mangelte es ebenfalls an Pflege. Es gibt mehrere Öfen, aber nur einer hat gut funktioniert.
Genügend Kühl- und Gefrierraum für eine größere Gruppe.
Die Schlafzimmer sehen auf dem Foto sehr ordentlich aus, aber es mangelt ihnen an Wartung. Gleiches gilt für Toiletten und Badezimmer (einige Lampen waren kaputt, Duschraum veraltet oder Stange kaputt usw.)
