Bei der Ankunft fanden wir eine sehr schlecht gereinigte Villa vor. Nachdem es ziemlich schwierig war, die zuständige Person zu erreichen, schickten sie die Putzfrau zurück, die mit der Situation offensichtlich nicht zufrieden war.
Vielleicht nahm deshalb am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes folgende Wendung:
Als wir gingen, vergaßen wir brandneue Klamotten auf dem Sofa. Zu Hause angekommen schickten wir sofort eine E-Mail an den Verantwortlichen vor Ort, der bestätigte, dass wir die verlorenen Gegenstände gefunden hatten, und versprach, sie auf unsere Kosten zu uns nach Hause schicken zu lassen.
Heute, 9 Monate später, nachdem wir viele weitere E-Mails verschickt haben (von denen nur wenige beantwortet wurden), haben wir unser Eigentum immer noch nicht zurückerhalten. Sie machen sich auch schon seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr die Mühe, unsere E-Mails zu beantworten. Das ist nichts weniger als schamloser Diebstahl. Entsetzlich.
