Cancellation policy
If a tenant cancels their booking prior to the commencement of the contract without naming a new tenant who can enter into the contract under the same terms and conditions, then the following percentages shall be paid by way of compensation for the various individual costs accrued, unless another tenant is found by another means:
Cancellation up to 49 days before you are due to arrive = 20%; up to 35 days before you are due to arrive = 30%; up to 21 days before you are due to arrive = 60%; up to 14 days before you are due to arrive = 90%; cancellation later than 14 days before you are due to arrive = 100% of the total rental price.

Holiday destination
You can reach the seaside resorts of Binz, Sellin and Baabe with their white sandy beaches in just a few minutes by car.
It's just 10 minutes' walk to the "Racing Roland" narrow-gauge railway that lets you (and your bikes) cross the island from Göhren to Putbus. You can then get off and cycle back to the house along the "Achterwasser" bay.

Getting there
You can reach the island of Rügen on the A20 motorway and via the (motorway-like) Rügen feeder road to Stralsund. Then take the new Rügen bridge on the B96 in the direction of Bergen. Take a right turn at the junction and head towards Göhren. After Pantow (around 20km further on), take a left turn in the direction of Binz. Turn right into the Süllitz car park (at Granitz Castle) after around 2km. Just before you reach the barrier, turn right and follow the old cobbled road to the house. This historically listed street requires particular care when driving along it to avoid damaging your vehicle, especially if you're in a low sports car.
