Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus am Rande eines offenen Parks mit Ferienhäusern. Diese Häuser sind in Privatbesitz, werden aber über eine dänische Organisation vermietet, bei der Sie den Schlüssel abholen müssen (einige Kilometer vom Haus entfernt). Jedes Haus ist daher anders dekoriert, dieses hatte jede Menge Spielzeug (Lego). Über Belvilla war nicht sofort klar, wie diese Konstruktion aussah und warum man den Schlüssel so „weit“ abholen und dann zu Dancenter gehen musste. Auf der Website kann auch klarer dargelegt werden, dass Sie sich für eine separate Endreinigung entscheiden müssen/können (wir haben dies letztendlich direkt mit Dancenter vereinbart). Und dass man danach noch für Strom und Wasser bezahlen muss, lässt sich auch klarer formulieren, genauso wie das bis zu 100 Euro sein können, wenn man wie mittlerweile die elektrische Fußbodenheizung einschalten muss (mehr als 2,5 Euro). Euro pro kWh).
Wundervoller Aufenthalt, aber finanziell gibt es auf diesem Weg einige Überraschungen, die besser kommuniziert werden könnten. Dann wissen Sie einfach, woran Sie sind.
