Our holiday apartment offers you a relaxing vacation across a spacious living area of 97 m². The apartment accommodates up to 11 guests and includes a kitchen (very well-equipped) with dining room and 3 comfortable bedrooms with cozy furnishings. Each bedroom naturally comes with its own TV and an en suite bathroom with toilet. Of course, this apartment is equipped with freely accessible Wi-Fi. In the basement, you will also find a sauna as well as a game room with a dart machine, foosball table, table tennis, and billiard table. The ambiance is complemented by a large garden with a playground, barbecue area, and a lawn for sunbathing.

Our apartment house is located in the village of Krimml where you can also admire the Krimml Waterfalls, which are not only the largest waterfalls in Austria but also the fifth highest waterfalls in the world.
In our surrounding area, you will also find many hiking trails that lead into various valleys.

My main residence is located 10 minutes away in Neukirchen am Großvenediger, which means I do not live in the rented premises, but I can be reached at any time and you will often find me at the apartment house. Should you have any questions, I am always available to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
