The building, made entirely of wood, is located in Eggen at 1,100 m above sea level. The villa offers space for a maximum of 5 people and is equipped with high-quality, new furniture and a modern kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A sauna rounds everything off and ensures you can feel good, relax and enjoy. Since we attach great importance to sustainability, we have used quality, local wood for the furnishings. The unmistakable scent of stone pine guarantees well-being and lowers the heart rate during sleep.
A large terrace with barbecue facilities, a sauna and an even larger garden are at your disposal (including fresh vegetables from our raised beds in the summer months).

Eggen is a quiet mountain village, surrounded by the legendary slopes of the Latemar. A wonderful mountain landscape in the middle of the South Tyrolean Dolomites.
Not just the two famed mountains, the Rosengarten and Latemar, guarantee an eventful holiday for active people and nature lovers. The Obereggen hiking and skiing area is also just three kilometres away from Eggen! This makes the place an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, ski trips and Nordic walking tours.
The Obereggen ski area is only 5 minutes away by car and the Carezza ski area can be reached in 10 minutes. The magical Karersee can be reached in 15 minutes by car, or in about an hour via a leisurely hiking trail.
