Should we need to cancel the apartment booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., a burst pipe, etc.), we are exempt from the obligation to provide you with alternative accommodation if it is not possible within the same building.
Otherwise, the following conditions apply:
Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival
3 months to 1 month before arrival 40%
1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%
Within the last week, 90% of the total stay will be charged
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Eine sehr schöne FW, mit allem was dazugehört ausgestattet, tolle Lage, ruhig und doch zentrumsnah. Sehr liebevolle und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Tiefgarage und eine tolle Betreuung durch Fr. Gufler.
Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Wir haben uns in der schönen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Austattung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Die Lage ist perfekt, da es nur wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind.
Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
