Holiday destination
The apartment is very near to Barbarossaplatz with excellent connections to city transport (tram, bus) right outside the front door. You can drive to the Cologne Cathedral in 10 minutes and to the exhibition centre in 15 minutes. Museums and shopping streets (Hohe Straße, Schildergasse, Neumarkt) are all just a few minutes away by tram or with a short walk through the city. There is also a cinema (Weisshauskino) and a range of shops in the immediate vicinity.
Getting there
Arriving by train: Please travel to the main station in Cologne or Messe-Deutz, then take tram line 18 and get off at the Weißhausstrasse stop. The building is then right across from the bus stop. Travel time from the train station/exhibition centre approx. 15 minutes, price category 2b. Arriving by car: The GPS always leads you to Luxemburgerstraße in front of the building; to get to the reception and the underground car park, go straight ahead, then turn right into Universitätsstrasse and take the next right. Then, you will arrive directly at the reception. If you wish to park in the underground car park, first collect the key and parking card from reception. Then take the first entrance down into the underground car park. Drive down to the second basement level to parking lot 217. To help you find your way, we will send you the exact location of the underground car park. Arriving by taxi: Approx. 30 minutes from Cologne-Bonn Airport, costs 40-50 euros. Approx. 10-15 minutes from Cologne main station or Messe/Deutz; Cost 10-15 euros. Tell the taxi driver that your destination is the Unicenter Köln and that they should enter from Universitätsstrasse.

Super fewo. Alles da was man braucht. Gemütlich und viel Platz. Aussicht und Balkon genial. Tram vor der Tür. Würden gerne wiederkommen. Die fewo ist zu empfehlen

Schöne Wohnung, bequemes Bett + Couch, aber das WZ nicht vollständig abzudunkeln. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Gern hätten wir öfter auf dem Balkon gesessen, leider hat uns der Shit Gestank der regelmäßig kiffenden Nachbarn belästigt. Sehr verkehrsgünstig an einer großen Straßenkreuzung gelegen, bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Lärm kaum hörbar. Im Haus ist es meist ruhig, irgendwo wird immer renoviert, gewartet oder instandgesetzt. Begegnungen mit anderen Bewohnern/ Mitarbeitern waren angenehm. Das kleine Bad mit großer Dusche sehr ansprechend, die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend, wir haben jedoch nicht gekocht. Ein und Auschecken war problemlos, der Stellplatz ist ein extra Pluspunkt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und schnell, Kaution gab es auf Nachfrage zurück, vielen Dank.
