We converted Villa Elefanti from a ruin between 2007-09. It sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, each with its own shower-room (or by arrangement sleeps 10 - if the white leather sofa bed is used, also...
Special features
I provide pictorial directions from the autostrada exit 7km away. Nobody gets lost! I also provide comprehensive notes including to local restaurants, of which there are several within 7 - 20 minutes by car.

The Villa is surrounded by countryside, and there are 360 degree views. The villa and ground are very private but not remote. Our managers live close by if assistance is needed. The garden is designed to need little water. Stimigliano is a village of about 3000 people, 1.5km away. It has small shops, and two cafes. There is a market on Tuesdays in the Piazza. Supermarkets are 5 and 10 minutes away by car. The train station is also 5 minutes away by car (one hour to central Rome.)

I provide detailed photo illustrated directions from the autostrada exit 7km away.
Keys are in a key safe at the property.
Rome airports are one hour away by car, or 1 hour 40 minutes by train.
