Cancellation policy
It may sound silly, but things can come up and you might not be able to travel to the Gsies Valley. In this case, we kindly ask you to inform us in time.
The cancellation of your holiday is possible under the following conditions:
- Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
- If you cancel 29 to 14 days before arrival, we will keep the deposit.
- For cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before arrival, we will charge you 40% of the total amount.
- If you cancel within the last week before your planned arrival, 70% of the total price is payable.
- If you do not arrive at all or return home early, 100% of the agreed amount is due.

Getting there
You exit the highway at the Brixen exit and follow the brown sign towards Val Pusteria/Pustertal. There are still 67 km to the Gsies Valley.
Just before Welsberg, you will come to a roundabout. There, take the exit towards Welsberg/Taisten/Gsies Valley and turn left into the Gsies Valley after 500 m.
You will pass through the villages of Pichl, Innerpichl, and Oberplanken and continue to Preindl. After the "Preindl" village sign, turn right and drive up to the chapel – and hooray: Right next to the chapel is our Preindlerhof, you have arrived!
The parking lot and entrance are located at the back of the house. A warm welcome!

Host informationBefore you book our apartment, you want to know who you're dealing with? Gladly! We are Helene and Werner with the twins Rosa and Anni. Together with senior farmer Josef, we run our organic mountain farm in the Gsies Valley. Because we feel so comfortable here on the farm and find our little piece of earth quite beautiful, we want to share this feeling of well-being and our enthusiasm for nature with you – as your hosts on a farm holiday. Welcome!

Wir haben sehr entspannte Tage in diesem Appartement verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, mit viel Holz und Liebe zum Detail. Der Kleintierstall und der große Aufenthaltsraum im Erdgeschoß ist für Familien mit Kindern super. Auch die Frühstückskiste ist ein toller Service. Von der Vermieterin Helene wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und haben Anregungen für Ausflüge erhalten.
