Cancellation policy
All bookings can be cancelled for a flat-rate fee of €100 if Coronavirus-related travel restrictions apply. In the case of an accommodation ban, the landlord reserves the right to offer cancellations free of charge.
Otherwise, the following cancellation terms and conditions apply:
Cancellations made up to 90 days before the arrival date are simply charged a processing fee of €250.
Cancellations made up to 60 days before the arrival date are charged 50% of the rental price. Up to 30 days, 80%. Less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100%.
Of course, this all only applies if the apartment can't be rented out to someone else instead.
If the apartment is rented out to someone else, we will refund the rental price to you, minus the processing fee of €250.
A booking is only confirmed upon transfer of the deposit.

Holiday destination
Hohwacht has remained a tranquil fishing village and isn't too touristy. Nevertheless, it features some beautiful walking trails, a fantastic beach and some nice, good-value little restaurants. There are plenty of things to keep you occupied, including sailing, surfing, kite surfing, swimming, walking, mini golf, cycling and golf.
The apartment sits in a very central location; everything can be accessed on foot or by bicycle. You'll find a bicycle rental place round the corner.
Getting there
Coming from the south via the A1 to Oldenburg/Holstein. Continue along the B202 towards Kiel
or head through the Elbe Tunnel along the A7 and along the A215 to Kiel. Continue along the B202 towards Lütjenburg. If you prefer a more tranquil experience and want to see something of the countryside, take the A7 to Neumünster and then take the B430.
Take the train to Oldenburg/Holstein and continue by bus or taxi to Hohwacht (approx. 20 km).
Hamburg Airport is 130 km away.

Nachdem wir 2020 coronabedingt erstmals einen Urlaub in SH verbracht hatten, waren wir froh, 2021 dieses schöne Quartier gefunden zu haben. Unbedingtes Muss für uns waren 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer und hier wird das Angebot schon dünner.
Die Wohnung von Frau Domizlaff erfüllt diese Bedingung und sticht duch eine hochwertige Ausstattung (siehe andere Bewertungen), eine wirklich funktionstüchtige Küche mit allem Zubehör, ein modernes Duschbad und vor allem durch Lage und Blick heraus.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, nur unter dem leider recht miesen Wetter gelitten. Aber Fahrten nach Heiligenhafen, Plön, Eutin, Malente, Preetz und Laboe sorgten für Ausgleich.

Wir waren schon in einigen schönen Ferienwohnungen zu Gast, aber die von Frau Domizlaff übertrifft alles. Sie ist einfach nur wunderschön. Tolle Lage, hochwertige Ausstattung, sauber und die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben es sehr genossen, morgens gemütlich mit Meerblick zu frühstücken und am Nachmittag auf dem Balkon dem Treiben am Strand zuzuschauen.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Frau Domizlaff. Wir haben unseren Rucksack bei der Abreise vergessen, dieser wurde von ihr freundlicherweise geholt und an uns geschickt. Das hat uns sehr gefreut!
