Cancellation policy
In the event that you have to cancel the booked accommodation, we will try to accommodate you and try to assign the appointment to someone else - if the appointment is taken over by someone else, we will pay the deposit minus the transfer costs back to your account.
In the event that you have to cancel the booked accommodation 1 month until the day of the planned arrival and in the event of cancellations where the appointment could not be sold otherwise, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit.

Holiday destination
The vacation home is located in the quiet village of Šišan, 7 km from Pula. The dead end street in which the vacation home is located is full of green and the entire area is guarded by a nice cow called Fritula. The first beach is 3 km away.
Getting there
Arrivals are possible on Saturdays and Sundays in the main season. Out of season we can confirm arrivals on all days of the week. Check out till 10 o'clock

Wir haben das Haus als Familie mit 4 Kindern und Großeltern gemietet. Es ist ein traumhaftes Anwesen. Das Haus ist mit ganz viel Liebe und hervorragendem Geschmack eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es noch einen kleinen Keller-/ Wirtschaftsraum mit einem separaten WC.
Die Küche bietet alles was man benötigt. Besonders der Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierschrank ist sehr passend für 8 Personen. An jedem Waschbecken steht ein gefüllter Seifenspender. Auch ausreichend Handtücher waren vorhanden.
Wir fahren immer in Ferienhäuser oder -wohnungen aber wir hatten noch nie so ein tolles, blitzsauberes und vollständig ausgestattetes Haus.
Auch die Vermieter sind absolut herzliche und zuvorkommende Menschen.
Wir werden die Villa Angelica auf jeden Fall wieder mieten, wenn es uns nach Kroatien verschlägt.

Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus gemeinsam mit Freunden (2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern) für unseren Sommerurlaub gemietet. Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation sehr freundlich und vor Ort haben wir eine sehr gute Betreuung durch Familie Cacic erlebt. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern und nicht nur perfekt durchdacht, sondern auch mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Perfekt sind die Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad und dem gemeinsamen Wohn- und Essbereich und dem tollen Outdoorbereich mit Grill, Pool, Lounge und Essbereich. Alles sehr hochwertig und neu, absolute Empfehlung!
Der Ort ist schön ruhig und dennoch gut gelegen um Ausflüge in Städte oder zu schönen Buchten zu unternehmen.
Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
