Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation the Agency can keep: • 40% of total booking price if canceled 2 days after deposit payment, to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date • 50% of total booking price if canceled 60-30 days prior to the Check-in Date • 100% of total booking price if canceled 30-0 days prior to the Check-in Date • Guest can cancel for free in 48 hours after paying Booking deposit (fully refund is secured) In the event that the Traveler should request to change the number of persons, the arrival or the end date of a confirmed reservation provided that the change is possible, the Agency will charge only the price difference The eventual price difference will be refunded to the Traveler and the new Booking confirmation will be issued. In the event that the Traveler should request to change the abovementioned from 29 to 2 days before arrival, if the new reservation amount is less than the original reservation amount, the Agency will make a change according to the Travelers request, but the amount of the reservation will not be reduced. In the event that the Traveler requests to change a confirmed accommodation unit to an accommodation unit of a different service provider, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the Cancellation terms stated below will apply. If a reservation change is not possible and the Traveler cancels the confirmed reservation, the Cancellation terms stated below will apply. If the client requests change of the reservation transfer up to 48 hours before arrival, and change is possible, the agency will charge an administrative fee of 15 EUR, and a possible difference in price. Changes less than 48 hours before transfer are not possible. • The guest is obligated to pay the full amount or the balance payment of the total reservation no later than 40 days prior to the beginning date of the service.

Holiday destination
Villa Provoš is located in small village Naklice up in mountain area 243m above sea level and it is the best location you could have for holidays, far from it all. Located in less than 10 min drive to pebble and sandy beach, restaurants, town Omiš, Cetina River, and within walking distance to small traditional restaurant Palacio in village Naklice (only 200m). We live just 100 m from villa and are always there if needed, we take good care of our guests and in return we have our guests coming back because we make them feel very welcomed and they/you are :), homemade cakes, vegetables from our garden, homemade vine and seasonal fruit from our garden - that is what we provide with no charge, as welcome package. The close area offers many sports possibilities. Try zip-line, rafting, climbing, paragliding, canoeing, bicycling and much more. Experience it all for yourself! Most of them are organized on river Cetina 7km from the house. Omis is approx. 7 km from the holiday home and has much to offer. The old Croatian church Sveti Petar (St. Peter) is of cultural importance. A lot of great restaurants, bars, best beaches with very clearly see and all just 10 min drive. Town Split is 18 km or less than 30 min driving and also is of cultural importance but there you have a lot of restaurants, interesting places to visit and is very alive during the day also evening, so this is a must-see place! On your arrival we will provide a map with all local activities, recommended restaurants, recommended day tours, and other important informations, also we can organize unforgettable rafting where you can get a CD with your photos and individual day boat trip to island Brač with its famous beach Zlatni Rat on Bol with the best skippers all to ease your search for your holiday activities.
Getting there
Driving directions for VILLA PROVOŠ, Naklice 43a, 21252 Tugare (please follow the instructions, not gps): Drive toward Split, pass Split (don`t enter), from this point when you passed Split (when it is on right side) than approximately 3 km on second traffic light turn left for Žrnovnica and after that crossroad drive 14.9km passing Srinjine, Tugare and then turn right for Naklice, drive down the road for approx. 1km and on small crossroad turn right and Villa Provoš is on the right side and feel free to enter, it will be unlocked and I will be there waitng for you to give you all needed information.
