Cancellation policy
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or e-mail to the agency.
a) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains the property of the owner. If the accommodation could be re-rented at the same price, the deposit is returned to the tenant, minus the fee for the booking.
b) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit and the balance of the rent remain acquired to the owner. If the accommodation could be re-let at the same price, the deposit and the balance are returned to the tenant, less the fee for the booking.
c) If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The price of the rental remains the property of the owner.
d) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains the property of the owner. There will be no refund, even partial.

In der Beschreibung war die luxuriöse Ausstattung angepriesen. Diese muss wohl eher als rustikal bezeichnet werden. Die Sessl sind völlig durchgesessen, Besteck und Geschirr ist uralt und zusammengewürfelt. Eine Nespresso- Kapselmaschine ist wohl eher für einen Singelhaushalt, als für ein Ferienhaus für max. 8 Personen geeignet. Am ersten Abend tropfte bei der Benutzung der Dusche im Obergeschoss das Wasser im Erdgeschoss von der Decke. Offensichtlich ist eine Abwasserleitung undicht, wobei uns der herbei gerufene Handwerker zuächst weis machen wollte, wir hätten so exzessiv geduscht, das das Wasser über die Wanne hinausgelaufen sei. Der Hausbesitzer hat sich später bei uns entschuldigt und uns eine finanzielle Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten angeboten. Von dieser haben wir bis heute nichts gesehen.
