Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation the Agency can keep:
• 40% of total booking price if canceled 2 days after deposit payment, to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date
• 50% of total booking price if canceled 60-30 days prior to the Check-in Date
• 100% of total booking price if canceled 30-0 days prior to the Check-in Date
• Guest can cancel for free in 48 hours after paying Booking deposit (fully refund is secured)
In the event that the Traveler should request to change the number of persons, the arrival or the end date of a
confirmed reservation provided that the change is possible, the Agency will charge only the price difference
The eventual price difference will be refunded to the Traveler and the new Booking confirmation will be issued.
In the event that the Traveler should request to change the abovementioned from 29 to 2 days before arrival, if
the new reservation amount is less than the original reservation amount, the Agency will make a change
according to the Travelers request, but the amount of the reservation will not be reduced.
In the event that the Traveler requests to change a confirmed accommodation unit to an accommodation unit
of a different service provider, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the Cancellation terms stated
below will apply.
If a reservation change is not possible and the Traveler cancels the confirmed reservation, the Cancellation
terms stated below will apply.
If the client requests change of the reservation transfer up to 48 hours before arrival, and change is possible,
the agency will charge an administrative fee of 15 EUR, and a possible difference in price. Changes less than 48
hours before transfer are not possible.
• The guest is obligated to pay the full amount or the balance payment of the total reservation no later
than 40 days prior to the beginning date of the service.

This can be your ideal base for day trips like exploring Split or beautiful nature at Cetina river canyon or small Mediterranean town Omiš after which you get back to your Villa Vultana where time has stopped and enjoy hearing only birds song, far from stress and fuss.

Please follow these instructions to find villa. Drive toward Split, pass Split (don`t enter), from this point when you passed Split (when it is on right side) then approximately 3 km on second traffic light turn left for Žrnovnica and continue driving following for Srinjine.
Once you entered into the village where table "Srinjine" is, there is a small bridge on left side and table "Srinjine (Dubrava)", turn left crossing the bridge and continue driving for 1,6km up the road passing a minimarket Zvonimir, and just after church and minimarket Studenac turn right following for "Gornje Sitno" and again turn left just after 10m "Sitno". Continue driving up the road for 1,1km (4min) and after the village center, in the middle of the right curve turn left on the white road where is the sign Villa Vultana which is under this location connected with white road. The owner is waiting for you at the property at the agreed time, so do inform them about your approximate arrival time.
