It's a child-friendly house with 3 double bedrooms, suitable for up to 6 people, a bathroom with sauna, a separate toilet on both floors, a spacious open kitchen, inside a closed wood fire, a large south-facing terrace, outside a fireplace, a beautiful garden, and the dunes and beach within walking distance.
From the living room, as well as from outside, you can access a wonderful terrace with a view. Here you can comfortably eat and drink next to your private dune. In addition, the park has its own playground.
You can use 2 bicycles for free, and there is a wagon for the beach.
A supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a fishmonger, and a cheese shop are all within walking distance. You can comfortably stroll around with our wooden cart.

From our house, you can walk directly into the dunes and reach the beach of Egmond aan Zee by bike in five minutes. Other villages such as Bergen, Bergen aan Zee, and even the city of Alkmaar with its famous cheese market are within cycling distance.
Amsterdam is 20 minutes away from Heiloo train station.
For your daily shopping needs, a supermarket, a warm bakery, a butcher, and a fishmonger are within walking distance.
Egmond boasts a true family beach that stretches for no less than 8 kilometers, allowing for long beach walks at sunset while the children search for shells. The area surrounding the holiday apartment offers a diverse landscape for nature lovers.
From Alkmaar or Castricum, take the Egmonderstraatweg. Turn right at the first traffic light after the gas station and then turn left after 20 meters. To get to the parking area, turn left at the end of the parking lot and you will enter the park.

2. If you cancel up to 42 days before the rental start date, you owe 30% of the gross rent.
3. If you cancel up to 28 days before the rental start date, you owe 60% of the gross rent.
4. If you cancel up to 7 days before the rental start date, you owe 90% of the gross rent.
5. If you cancel on the day of arrival or later, you owe the full rental amount.
6. In case of cancellation during the stay: the complete travel number, incl. all allowances.
