Cancellation policy
The tenant can only withdraw from the contract up to 50 days before the start of the booking, in which case €100 will be charged. This also applies if the contract was concluded within the 50 day period.
In the event of later cancellation, the total rent must be paid if the landlord/tenant is unable to rent the holiday home to someone else.

Wir hatten relativ spontan gebucht und kamen mit unserm kleinen Sohn. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, mit direktem Blick auf die Ostsee. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause, es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Dank der Spielecke im Obergeschoss, war es auch bei schlechtem Wetter für den Kleinen nicht langweilig. Nach dem Saunagang saßen wir dann auf der Terrasse und genossen auch hier den Blick aufs Meer. Die Vermieter waren super nett und hatten so machen Ausflugstipps für uns. Danke nochmal für diesen tollen Kurzurlaub, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer Wahnsinns Aussicht... Morgens mit einem Kaffee vom Lesesessel aus den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer beobachten. Einfach nur traumhaft. Die Hunde haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die langen Strandspaziergänge genossen. Wir kommen sehr gern nochmal wieder.
