The beautiful 3-room apartment offers enough space for 4 people. There are two bedrooms, each with 2 box spring beds. If necessary, there is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room for another guest. It is recommended to accommodate up to 4 people. TVs in the living room and in both bedrooms with Sky television provide additional amenities. Free WiFi and a radio with CD player and Bluetooth connection to listen to your own playlist complete the offer. A separate underground parking space and a bicycle room as well as a cellar room with coin-operated washing machines and dryer devices are also included. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, an electric stove and a toaster.
The apartment is located in a new building and has only been rented since May 2020. All rooms have a view of the Baltic Sea or the marina. You can watch the incoming and outgoing ships from the balcony and watch the seagulls as they fetch fish out of the water. The apartment is barrier-free, but not wheelchair accessible.

Apartment 18 in the 2nd construction phase of the Residenz Bollwark is literally "on the Baltic Sea". Wherever the eye looks, water extends to the horizon. The Schlei, Germany's longest estuary, which flows into the Baltic Sea off Olpenitz, fills with the white sails of small and large boats in summer.
Nearby is the town of Kappeln with many cultural offers, a swimming pool, shops and Europe's last remaining herring fence. Every year on the Ascension weekend, the herring days are celebrated in Kappeln - an unforgettable experience!
The Schlei Nature Park stretches around Olpenitz with its vast, unspoilt nature and fascinating flora and fauna, which you can explore wonderfully on foot or by bike. For example, via the Viking Friesenweg or the Baltic Sea Cycle Path, which connects the cities of Flensburg and Lübeck over 400 kilometers.

Anreise aus dem Süden:
Über die A7 Richtung Flensburg, Abfahrt Rendsburg/Büdelsdorf, dann auf die B203 nach Kappeln abbiegen - vor der Brücke rechts nach Ellenberg abbiegen, der Ostseestraße bis zum Ostseeresort Olpenitz folgen.
Anreise aus dem Norden:
Über die A7 Richtung Hamburg fahren, Abfahrt Schleswig/Schuby nehmen, der B201 bis nach Kappeln folgen, die Schleibrücke überqueren, links nach Ellenberg abbiegen und die 1. rechts auf die Ostseestraße abbiegen, die zum Ostseeresort Olpenitz führt.
Per Bahn fahren Sie - meistens über Hamburg - nach Kiel und von dort aus weiter nach Süderbrarup. Von Süderbrarup sind es noch ca. 22 Minuten mit dem Taxi oder ca. 19 Kilometer mit dem Rad.

Über Weihnachten und Silvester beträgt die Mindestbuchung 4 Übernachtungen.

Sie können jederzeit vor Mietbeginn vom Mietvertrag zurücktreten. In diesem Fall wird sich die H&P Touristik GmbH bemühen, die Ferienwohnung anderweitig zu vermieten. Sollte dies jedoch nicht möglich sein, fällt eine Rücktrittsgebühr gemäß folgender Staffelung an:

Bis 45 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 20 % der Gesamtmiete
Ab 44 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 50 % der Gesamtmiete
