Cancellation policy
Cancellation
The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. In the event of cancellation, we charge a fee of €50.00 and additionally bill the following costs:
• 20% of the rental price for cancellations up to 90 days before the start of the trip
• 50% of the rental price for cancellations from the 89th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip
• 80% of the rental price for cancellations from the 59th day to the 30th day before the start of the trip
• 100% of the rental price for cancellations from the 29th day before the start of the trip
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

The house is located in the Scheldeveste park with a pool, children's playground, and sports hall. Breskens is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts in Zeeland with miles of beaches and endless cycling paths. The park is right next to the de Waterdunen nature reserve.

Liebe Frau Ketels,
wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Ihrem Ferienhaus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, sehr gut mit modernen Möbeln ausgestattet (sehen neu und gepflegt aus). Genügend Schränke, tolles Geschirr. Die Lounge superbequem für schöne Abende. Die Gartenhütte groß genug für eigene Fahrräder unterzustellen.
Das Wetter war dann auch noch traumhaft, was will man mehr:-)
Einziges klitzekleines Manko, die Terrassenstühle sind leider sehr, sehr schwer......
Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen . Liebe Grüße

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus wird gut un Stand gehalten und man hat alles was man braucht, vor allem viel Platz und einen wunderschönen Garten.
Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.
