Cancellation policy
Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking security) and the sending of the booking confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 40% of the booking value. From 1 month to 1 week before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price. In the last week before the start of the trip, the fee is 90%.

Holiday destination
Our farm is secluded from any roads on the edge of the small village of Sarns, near the city of Brixen, allowing you to enjoy every day of your vacation in peace and know your children are safe.
If you wish, you can stroll through meadows and orchards all the way to the city of Brixen. Thanks to its convenient location, our farm is an excellent starting point for trips to the surrounding mountains and alpine pastures, as well as into the wonderful mountain world of the nearby UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites.
Getting there
Coming from the north, it's best to take the Brixen Süd exit off the A22 and continue to Sarns. Coming from the south, drive to the end of the village, or coming from the north, right at the beginning of the village, you will find a striking wayside shrine, where you turn into the gravel road that takes you directly to the Rumlhof in 150 m.

Der Beschreibung der Wohnung ist nichts mehr hinzuzufügen. Als sehr angenehm haben wir die Anordnung der Wohnungen nebeneinander empfunden. Großer Pluspunkt ist, die Brixen Card mit im Wohnungspreis enthalten. Familie Volgger sind perfekte Gastgeber.
Wir wurden bestens umsorgt sowohl mit Ausflugstipps als auch kulinarisch. Unser Beagle Bert hat sich dort super wohl gefühlt.
Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, die wir verbringen durften. Es war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal, das wir auf dem Rumlhof zu Gast waren.
