Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the following cancellation conditions apply:
· For cancellation up to 61 days before the start of occupancy: 70 euros.
· For cancellation between 60 and 35 days before the start of occupancy: 50% of the overnight price.
· For cancellation between 34 and 14 days before the start of occupancy: 80% of the overnight price.
· In the event of a no-show or cancellation after the start of the trip, 90% of the overnight price is due or is non-refundable.
· In the event of no-show or cancellation after the start of the trip, 90% of the
accommodation price is due and cannot be refunded.

Key handover will take place between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM, depending on occupancy, in our office in the Villa "Saxonia" at Wylichstraße 8 in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. If you will be arriving later, please inform us in advance by calling 038393-46 30. Even if you are already in Binz before 4:00 PM, you are welcome to contact our office
