Our holiday accommodation is located in the middle of a fascinating natural landscape that offers a variety of activities and sights. Extensive hiking trails stretch right outside the front door and lead to the peaks of majestic mountains, crystal-clear mountain lakes, and idyllic alpine meadows. Guests have the opportunity to experience the beauty of nature in its purest form and escape the stress of everyday life. In addition to the natural wonders, the area also offers cultural highlights that are worth a visit. Nearby, you will find historic villages with charming farms and traditional craft workshops – all of which offer a glimpse into rural life in times gone by. Getting there
Directions: Coming from Germany/Upper Austria): take the A9 towards Graz. At the St. Michael/S36 junction, continue towards Klagenfurt. Take the Zeltweg West exit towards Obdach and continue towards Wolfsberg/Kliening and then towards Preims (access to the hut possible) Coming from Lower Austria/Vienna: take the A2/S6 Bruck adMur/S36 towards Klagenfurt. Then take the Zeltweg West exit towards Obdach and continue towards Wolfsberg/Kliening and then towards Preims (access to the hut possible)

Wir sind selbst Ferienausvermieter und waren begeistert. Eine 300 Jahre alte urtümliche Almhütte, wie sie im Buche steht. Eine atemberaubende Lage auf 1300m (über der Nebelgrenze) mit einem Blick über das gesamte Klagenfurter Becken bis nach Slowenien. Und das auch noch in absoluter Alleinlage. Niemand stört einen und man kann selbst auch niemanden stören. Eine unvergleichliche Ruhe, die sich so mancher 'Stadtmensch' gar nicht mehr vorstellen kann. Die Hütte ist sehr geräumig und mit einem prima funktionierenden urtümlichen Holzherd ausgestattet. (E-Kochplatten sind aber auch da). Besonderer Dank gilt jedoch unserer Vermieterin (Birgit). Wir hatten kurz vor Ankunft eine Autopanne und wären ohne sie verloren gewesen. Sie hat uns in einer unglaublichen Art und Weise geholfen. Vielen Dank noch einmal.
