Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation - up to the 31st day before the start of the journey 25% of the price of the journey - from the 31st to the 21st day before the start of the journey 80 % of the price of the journey and - thereafter 90 % of the travel price is due. Should the holiday property be used again at full price after cancellation, the above fees can be reduced to 25 % of the total price - but at least 75,- € remain. If the holiday property cannot be re-rented at the full price after cancellation, the above fees remain.

The cottage is designed for 4+2 persons, i.e. 4 persons can sleep in the beds of the bedrooms and another 2 persons on a pull-out sofa bed. Arrival is generally on Saturdays from 16:00 and departure by 10:00 at the latest. This is a non-smoking house and animals are generally not allowed.

Holiday destination
The beautiful natural beach of Stein is only 3 km away and can be easily reached by bike or car. The fine sandy beach is especially popular with families with children and kiters or windsurfers, because the shallow water only gets deeper very gently due to long sandbanks. In the immediate area you have the opportunity to improve your handicap on two different golf courses. In less than 10 minutes by car you can enjoy your hobby in the fresh sea air either at the Golf-Club Kitzeberg near Heikendorf or at the Hohwacht golf course. For young and old horse fans alike, the agrarian Probstei offers wonderful hiking rides (in the early and late season even on the beach). Beginners and riding students are also very welcome here and can learn how to ride safely on horseback. Whether traditional surf fishing from land or fly-fishing for sea trout with waders - fishermen will find excellent conditions for landing the big catch! If you want to increase your chances of catching big fish, take one of the fishing boats that set sail from Laboe, for example. In nearby Schönkirchen you can relax to your heart's desires in a beautifully designed wellness and sauna landscape in MARE after long bike rides or in filthy weather. The facility also offers a fitness and swimming area. The distance by car is less than 10 minutes. At the traditional Probsteier Korntage competition, 19 towns in the region present their annually self-made straw figures in a competition for the most popular subjects. With sightseeing tours by bus or bicycle, guests have the opportunity to view the different figures of the villages and ultimately choose the most beautiful performance to determine the winner.
Getting there
From Kiel take the B502 in the direction of Laboe and then in the direction of Schönberg. Leave the B502 at the signposting towards Lutterbek.

Ohne zu übertreiben, ist dieses Ferienhaus das Beste, was wir je besucht haben. Ein so liebevoll hergerichtetes Ferienhaus. Die hübsche, kleine Terrasse. Die Deko. Es fehlt an wirklich gar nichts, die Ausstattung ist mehr als komplett und das ganze Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert. Hier kann man auch bei "Schietwetter" einen schönen Tag verbringen. Der schöne Strand in Stein ist in einer halben Stunde fußläufig zu erreichen, die Wege sind sehr schön. Es war ein sehr, sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Wir hatten in diesem kleinen,feinen Ferienhaus einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.Es fehlte an nichts,selbst im Kühlschrank stand schon eine schöne Erfrischung bereit.Das Dorf ist klein,die Kultgaststätte empfehlendswert.Viele Unternehmungen in die Umgebung sind per Fahrrad möglich.Der 3Km entfernte Strand ist einfach wunderbar. Familie Lepeschka hat uns herzlich empfangen,ein Urlaub ist im Luttereck nur zu empfehlen.
