Cancellation policy
1. In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the operator a compensation fee. This amounts to: - 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs 3 months or earlier before the start date; - 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between 3 and 2 months before the start date; - 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between 2 and 1 month before the start date; - 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within 1 month before the start date; - 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the start date itself. 2. The compensation will be refunded proportionally, minus the administration costs, if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of the operator for the same period or a part of that period.

Holiday destination
Nowadays, the traveler loves variety, and that's exactly what you'll find in Egmond: the former fishing village with its cozy beach, street cafés, and shops, is located right behind the dunes and boasts a 5 km long beach with pavilions, sailing and catamaran center, bicycle storage, and parking spaces. The beach is also accessible for people with mild disabilities. The Van Speyk Lighthouse is open for visits at certain times.
Getting there
By car from Amsterdam via A9: Take exit 10-Castricum and follow the N203/N8 towards Uitgeest. Continue on the N203. After 6.2 km, turn left onto Zeeweg/N513. After 2.4 km, at the roundabout, take the first exit onto Heereweg. At the first traffic light (after 6.5 km), turn left onto Heiloöer Zeeweg. At the next traffic light, go straight ahead, and at the following traffic light, turn left onto Voorstraat, towards the center. After 500 meters, turn left onto Prins Hendrikstraat. Continue from Admiraal de Ruyterweg to Zeeweg. Then after 350 meters, turn left onto Kennedyboulevard. You have arrived at your destination, Kennedyboulevard 80.

Wir haben eine erholsame Urlaubswoche in dieser gemütlichen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung verlebt. Mit Blick auf die Dünen und Meer konnte man Abends wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder !!!
