Cancellation policy
The entire rental fee is to be paid before taking over the rented object. 20% of the rent incl. all taxes as well as the deposits are due within 7 days of booking. The balance must be received by Happy Cape at least 30 days before the start of the rental period. For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the entire booking amount is due immediately.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received by Happy Cape on Sundays and public holidays are deemed to be received on the next working day. A late takeover of the rental property does not reduce the rental price. The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance or similar is strongly recommended. The cancellation costs are as follows:
until 20 days before the beginning of the rental period 50% of the invoice amount
19 to 2 days before the start of the rental 80% of the invoice amount
1 day prior to the start of the rental period and on the day of arrival the entire invoice amount is due.

All rooms are new and brightly furnished. With 3 bedrooms (Kingsize, Queensize and Twinsize) and 2 bathrooms, you will find enough space for up to 6 people.
An extra sofa bed could be used for extra visits or for our younger guests.
The master bedroom has direct access to the pool.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. At the kitchen bar you can also have a quick breakfast or keep the cook company.
In the comfortably furnished living room, the comfortable seating furniture invites you to spend an evening watching TV with the family. Of course you do not have to do without German television.
A large sliding glass door leads directly to the covered terrace area, where you can sit comfortably with a glass of wine. The juicy steak from the gas grill will taste particularly good here.
Refresh yourself in the pool and take a seat on the sun loungers provided to recover from everyday life. The holiday is perfect.
Pets are allowed in this villa by arrangement.
On site you will be looked after by our German property management.

Ein Traumhaus in Florida, wir waren Skeptisch!
Bei der Ankunft wurden wir in jeder Hinsicht positiv überrascht! Das Haus, die Lage, der Pool und die gesamte Einrichtung entsprachen 1:1 den Fotos auf der Website!
Alles war sehr Sauber und gepflegt! Wir, Ehepaar und seit Jahrzehnten überall auf der Welt unterwegs haben schon viele Ferienhäuser, Wohnungen und Hotelzimmer gesehen aber dieses Haus ist der Hammer! Bedingungslos weiter zu empfehlen !
