It's possible to obtain a diving certificate with diving instructor Eddi. Questions about this can be answered at the park's reception desk. Likewise, bicycles and canoes, pedal boats or motorboats (with or without a license) can be rented there.
Holiday destination
Olburgen is located in the not yet so heavily touristic Gelderland, directly on the IJssel near Arnhem and Apeldoorn. The national parks "Veluwezoom" and "Hoge Veluwe," the largest national park in the Netherlands, with forests, heathlands, and sand drifts are also not far away.
The small towns of Doesburg, Zutphen, and Deventer invite you to stroll around and can even be reached by boat.
But even those who simply want to relax and unwind are warmly welcomed at the restaurant Sophia's.
Getting there
From the Ruhr area, take the A3 towards Arnhem. From Münsterland, go through Enschede and Apeldoorn towards Arnhem.

Meine Frau und Ich haben uns im Park und besonders im Haus super wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung, die kleinen Städte und die Natur sind sehr idyllisch und laden zu einem schönen Urlaub ein. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir als Familie haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Der Garten war sehr schön und perfekt zum entspannen, genauso wie der Park und die Umgebung!
