The 1st floor with separate access offers almost the same equipment but only two bedrooms and a bathroom next to the living/dining area with open and very well equipped kitchen.
In front of the living area there is a generous terrace with a corresponding large teak dining ensemble on the ground floor. The 5 x 10 m swimming pool is surrounded by terraces with sun loungers. An adjoining pool house is also equipped with a summer kitchen.
An ideal villa for two families travelling together, but still offering a great deal of privacy for the travellers due to the two separate units.

From this location you can reach numerous attractive towns and villages such as Grimaud-Village, Port-Grimaud, Sainte Maxime and St. Tropez within a few minutes drive.
