The holiday home is situated in the beautiful, historic Frühlingsstraße directly in the centre of Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
The look and feel of this picturesque street has remained nearly unchanged for hundreds of years.
The privileged and very quiet location is the perfect starting point for walks through mountain pastures, to the Kramerplateauweg (hiking trail), the St. Martinshütte (guest house), lake Eibsee, Kreuzeck or Grainau.
You only have to walk a few minutes to reach Garmisch-Partenkirchen's pedestrian zone with a wide range of shopping facilities and restaurants.
Getting there
Coming from Munich, make a right turn in the direction of the district Garmisch. Follow the main road towards the town centre. Once you see the Loisach bridge, make a sharp right turn onto Fürstenstraße and after 50m you'll want to turn left onto Frühlingsstraße.
