Host informationMarkus and Andrea are your hosts, with a keen eye for detail. A former cheese production site was the ideal location for realizing a dream: a unique chalet near a ski resort.
The old dairy was transformed into a luxury chalet two years ago. It was important to Markus and Andrea to incorporate the valuable old objects from the cheese factory into the new high-quality construction, such as the old farmers' parlors from the 17th century, which were integrated into the sauna. The copper kettle, which was used for decades as a cheese vat, is now used as a cold plunge pool after a pleasurable sauna session.
"I traveled a lot professionally as a ski coach and therefore stayed in various places and countries in different hotels and holiday apartments. I was able to implement all the inspirations in the Chalet Ortles. It's important to us that our guests feel comfortable down to the last detail and return home with an extra dose of satisfaction," says Markus Ortler.
