Auf den ersten Blick eine zwar sehr kleine (4 Räume auf 38m² aufgeteilt), saubere, renovierte Wohnung, doch beim Bewohnen entdeckt man viele Unzulänglichkeiten: Unbequemes altes und niedriges Sofa mit großer Sitztiefe, extrem kleines TV-Gerät, dessen Fernbedienung trotz Kauf neuer Batterien nicht einwandfrei funktionierte, Warmwasserversorgung mehrfach ausgefallen trotz mehrfachem Schalten am Durchlauferhitzer, erst Hin-und Herschalten und Rappeln an den 3 Starkstromsicherungen brachte kurzfristige Besserung, Pfannenboden verbeult, Hitzeübertragung nur auf einer ca. 1€ großen Fläche, aus Platzgründen sehr kurzes Bett. Für diese Mängel war der Preis zu hoch.
