Only 5 minutes from the village centre and its restaurants, and 25 minutes from Palma's city centre.
Can Calma is a stone's throw from Alaró's charming town centre. The Saturday market is held at the lively plaza with its nice restaurants and offers organic products as well as daily essentials. Authentic without mass tourism.
The house borders on numerous hiking trails and bike paths leading to Orient. The famous Castillo de Alaró is part of the World Heritage Site of the Sierra de Tramuntana. A little paradise!
Alaró is situated in a convenient location. Motorway between Palma and Inca. You'll pass Santa Maria, then take the exit Alaró. The holiday home is a 17-minute drive from the airport.
Alaró even has its own train station (Alaró/Conseill) with an excellent connection to Palma. The ride to the Plaza de España takes 20 minutes. Free parking at the train station.

Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
For withdrawal from 59 to the30th day prior to arrival: 50% of the
rental price.
For cancellation from the 29th day prior to arrival: 90% of the rental price.
At check-in, guests pay a €500.00 security deposit which will be refunded upon departure
if the house is handed over in a clean and undamaged condition.
April/May/October: Arrival days for a minimum stay of 3 nights: Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
April/May/October: Booking 1 week: Arrival and departure on Saturdays and Sundays.
June/July/August/September: Arrival days Saturday and Sunday only.
