The holiday flat was build in 2005, by a plan of the local famous architect Nikolaus Wöhlk in a old farmhouse. You will have a lovely panoranic view.

The flat is in the seaside resort Kühlungsborn. The house can be found next to the marina and the beach, you need 10 minutes by foot. Its possible to play golf in a distance of 2 miles.

Wir waren in der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss
Von der Lage her ist es sehr ruhig gelegen und zum Meer läuft man ca. 20 Min.
Von der Ausstattung her, ist die Wohnung in einigen Punkten ausbaufähig. Zum Beispiel bietet die Küche keine Arbeitsfläche. Kochen gestaltete sich daher für uns schwierig.
Das Schlafzimmer hat keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. Ggf.sollte man eine Schlafbrille mitbringen. Wir baten die Vermieter das Licht für den Privatparklpatz auszustellen, allerdings war dies offenbar nicht möglich.
Es wird nicht ausschließlich über Fußboden geheizt, sondern auch über Heizkörper. Leider waren diese schon länger nicht geputzt. Da ich Hausstaubmilbenallergikerin bin, habe ich eine starke Allergie entwickelt. Die Matratzen stellten allerdings einen noch höheren Belastungsfaktor dar. So reisten wir eher ab.

Saubere gut eingerichtete Fewo. Außer kleinere Dinge die ich für diesen Preis voraussetze. Heizung ging zwar aber es wurde nicht richtig warm zum Glück gab es ein Kamin. Toilette müsste der Deckel und die Toilettenbürste erneuert werden. Sowie der Kühlschrank war auch defekt. Schade der Vermieter schickte jemanden vorbei aber Abhilfe konnte auch nicht geschafft werden. Wir fahren 2 mal im Jahr zur Ostsee demnach hat man schon einige VERGLEICHE.
