Our house is situated by the foot of the mountains and near the faaker see, ideal for you and your family/frends for the many excursion of the holiday region. Hiker and walker loves the way to the Mittagskogel (2400 m) or visit Burgarena Finkenstein.
Thursdays is farmer market in Faak am See, there you can eat and drink all the famous good food of the region Faaker see. 100 excursion stations are there in Kärnten, with the Kärnten card is this very fine, you have no costs or not so much costs of the excursion.

Größe der FeWo 60-65 m², statt der im Angebot ausgewiesenen 90 m².
Keinerlei Einsicht bezüglich der Abweichungen hinsichtlich der im Angebot beschriebenen Größe von 90m² der FeWo. Es war nicht zu erkennen, dass mehrere FeWo zur Verfügung standen. Dass hier die Größe der Wohnung in Rede steht, interessierte den Vermieter in keiner Weise. Herr Wuzella gab mir später mit der gleichen Uneinsichtigkeit telefonisch bekannt, dass wir ja abreisen könnten, unter Einbehaltung derAnzahlung.
Eine Quadratmeterangabe wurde in der Bestätigung nicht genannt, nur: schöne Fewo groß. Da im Internetangebot die Größe von 90 m² genannt war, musste man als Mieter auch hiervon ausgehen. Statt dessen war das Mietobjekt ca. 60-65 m² groß.
Der fehlende Hinweis auf Größenangaben kann nach meinem Dafürhalten kein Zufall sein.
