Cancellation policy
The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit (booking confirmation) and the sending of the booking confirmation.
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Additionally, the following cancellation terms apply:
Cancellation terms according to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code
Reservations can be cancelled without a cancellation fee up to 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Only the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations made by the guest in the period between the 60th and the 30th day before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date:
50% of the agreed total price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date:
90% of the agreed total price
Please understand that in case of no-show, in addition to the deposit, we will charge 100% of the stay.
In the event of an early departure, the enjoyed days will be charged.
Additionally, 90% of the agreed price for the agreed but not utilized services will be charged.
Please inform us in time if you are unable to start your holiday.

Getting there
Via the A22 motorway exit Bolzano Sud, you will drive onto the expressway ME-BO towards Merano. There, take the Merano Sud exit and head towards Hafling. From Hafling, simply follow the main road for about 7km. You will find us on the right-hand side of the road and will not miss the farm sign on the main road.

Host informationWe are a farming family with 4 children. Grandma also lives with us. Our children are grown up, our eldest daughter is married and a mother of three children, the rest of the gang still lives with us on the Thalerhof. We look forward to welcoming you!
