The holiday apartment is located in an apartment and chalet complex in Wald am Arlberg in the Klostertal valley. It is in close proximity to Austria's largest ski area: Lech Zürs, Warth, Stuben, Sankt Anton. The valley station of the family ski area Sonnenkopf is only about 800 meters from the house. In summer, the Bärenland welcomes its guests, both young and old, with numerous challenges. Nearby are the Spullersee and the Formarinsee (Austria's most beautiful place in 2015). In the surrounding area, there are opportunities for golfing, fishing, archery, and climbing.
From Lake Constance, cross the border at Hörbranz (A96) onto the A14/S16. Take the Wald am Arlberg exit. From Innsbruck, take the A12/S16 towards Sankt Anton / Dalaas. Take the Wald am Arlberg exit.

No-shows and early departures will be charged the full amount of your booking. Should arrival become impossible due to governmental regulations after the free cancellation period has expired, please contact us. We will then find a mutually acceptable cancellation option.
