Cancellation policy
1. In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the operator a compensation fee. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs 3 months before the start date or earlier;
- 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between 3 and 2 months before the start date;
- 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between 2 and 1 months before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within 1 month before the start date;
- 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the start date.
2. The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus administrative costs if the spot is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of the operator for the same period or part of the period.

The beach is also accessible for people with limited mobility. The Van Speyk Lighthouse is open for visits at certain times.
Getting there
By car from Amsterdam via A9:
Take exit 10-Castricum and follow the N203/N8 towards Uitgeest. Continue on the N203. After 6.2 km, turn left onto Zeeweg/N513. After 2.4 km, take the first exit at the roundabout onto Heereweg. At the first traffic light (after 6.5 km), turn left onto Heiloöer Zeeweg. At the next traffic light, go straight ahead, and at the following traffic light, turn left onto Voorstraat, towards the center.
After 500 meters, turn left onto Prins Hendrikstraat. Continue from Admiraal de Ruyterweg to Zeeweg. Then after 350 meters, turn left onto Kennedyboulevard.

Leider war nie genug warmes Wasser da, der letzte musste immer kalt duschen. Wenn man da etwas daran könnte wäre alles perfekt.
