Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels up to 60 days before arrival, 25% of the rental price is due, after that the full rental price must be paid if the owner cannot re-let the residence for the booked period. If the residence can be rented for a shorter period than that booked, the tenant must pay the difference from the original rental price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. If the smoking ban is not followed and/or the prohibition on animals is not maintained, the owner has the right to cancel without notice and be refunded any costs. The contractual parties agree that this is a rental holiday property used by numerous people. So there is more wear and tear, parts of the inventory may be missing or temporarily not function. Damage compensation for electrical outages or water outages is excluded. Compensation for cancellation for poor weather, storm warnings or hurricanes is excluded even if the Foreign Office advises returning. If the owner cannot provide the rental property for reasons beyond their control, the owner is authorized to provide another house of comparable standard without changing the rental contract.

Sehr freundlichen und informativen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, bei Ankunft hat man das Gefühl irgendwie "Heim" zu kommen. Sehr sauber und ordentlich, man hat alles was man benötigt. Der Pool (Salz-Wasser!!!) war im Dauereinsatz . In Summe haben wir uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat war der Tag der Abreise, wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage

Wir hatten mit unseren drei Kindern in der Villa Maui eine wunderbare, erholsame Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Neben dem hochwertigen Ambiente, den großen Räumen und hohen Decken haben uns vor allem auch die Sauberkeit und die gute Ausstattung begeistert. Hier fehlt es an nichts! Die Eigentümer sind super freundlich und alles verlief reibungslos. Wir haben tatsächlich schon sehr viel in allen Standards und Preisklassen gesehen und können die Villa Maui deshalb nur jedem wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
