You do not have the right of withdrawal as defined in the Consumer Protection Code – however, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
In case of non-commencement of the holiday, the deposit will be retained and a credit note will be issued. For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, we will charge 50% of the reserved stay. In case of cancellation after the 6th day, late arrival, or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total amount.

Getting there
Upon arrival from the A22 motorway, take the Klausen exit, after the toll booth, you will reach a roundabout, take the second exit towards Gröden.
After approximately 7 km, you will come to a small intersection with an island in the middle where you turn left uphill.
After 3 km, you will reach the village center of Lajen.
From the town hall square, where the pharmacy is also located,
straight ahead, after 50 m you will find a small chapel and a butcher's shop.
From there, turn left beside the butcher's shop and drive up the road (Bergwegstrasse), after 50 m on the right side, there is a terraced house.
And you have reached your desired destination.

Voll ausgestattete Wohnung mit 2 Schlaf- und 2 Badezimmern, daher ideal für einen Urlaub mit größerer Familie oder 2 Paaren. Hervorzuheben ist der Panoramablick von den Südbalkonen. Die Lage von Lajen auf einem Hochplateau außerhalb der großen Touristenströme sorgt für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Wandermöglichkeiten sind vom Haus aus gegeben. Die Orte im Grödnertal sowie Bozen, Brixen und Klausen sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die liebenswürdige Vermieterin Frau Senoner steht bei Bedarf jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Wir haben den Apartment Bergweg bereits das Zweite mal gebucht und haben es nicht bereut.
Schöne und vor allem gemütlich wirkende Ausstattung mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Man kann getrost das Auto stehen lassen und in jede beliebige Richtung sein Wanderweg einschlagen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und ich denke, dass es nicht unser letzter Urlaub bei Familie Senoner war.
