Cancellation policy
The guest pays 30% of the total price in case of cancellation after the reservation. In case of cancellation in the 30 days before arrival, the total price need to be paid. Cancellations must always be made in writing and are only valid with a written confirmation from our side.
It's a general recommendation to get a travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The apartment is located in the west of Überlingen, the popular spa district. The lido as well as the Bodensee-Therme Überlingen are about 500 meters away from the apartment. The city park with its deer enclosure can be reached in a few minutes by foot. From there footpaths lead through the park to the city centre which runs along the promenade. This promenade is described as the most beautiful on Lake Constanc (Bodensee).

Wir hatten eine traumhaft schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung Bodenseeperle. Der Ausblick von der herrlichen Dachterasse ist einfach toll! Die hochwertige Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Bei guten und auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man sich hier einfach nur wohl fühlen.
