Cancellation policy
The guest pays 30% of the total price in case of cancellation after the reservation. In case of cancellation in the 30 days before arrival, the total price need to be paid. Cancellations must always be made in writing and are only valid with a written confirmation from our side.
It's a general recommendation to get a travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The apartment is located in the west of Überlingen, the popular spa district. The lido as well as the Bodensee-Therme Überlingen are about 500 meters away from the apartment. The city park with its deer enclosure can be reached in a few minutes by foot. From there footpaths lead through the park to the city centre which runs along the promenade. This promenade is described as the most beautiful on Lake Constanc (Bodensee).

Besser kann man nicht wohnen. Hier passt alles, von der hochwertigen Einrichtung bis zu einer sehr guten Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist schöner und hochwertiger als die Fotos vermuten lassen. Die Terrasse mit dem Traumblick über den See ist ein absolutes Highlight. Das Auto steht sicher in der Tiefgarage. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man kann sie jederzeit ansprechen, besser geht es fast nicht. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
