Host informationOur three holiday apartments are located in the modern and sophisticated Villa Louisa. Apartments 36 and 49 are located in the front house, which takes up the old style elements of the bath house culture of the turn of the century, penthouse 57 is in an exclusive location in the rear house in the Bauhaus style.

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend. Sowohl von der Lage her als auch hinsichtlich der Einrichtung. Als Gehbehinderter habe ich besonders den Aufzug und die Tiefgarage schätzen gelernt. Vielen Dank an die Familie Kolbinger, die ihr Juwel auch anderen Urlaubern zur Verfügung stellen.

Wir haben schon viele Häuser und Wohnungen gemietet, diese gehört definitiv zu den schönsten und am Besten ausgestatteten. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gleichzeitig möchten wir uns bei der Familie Kolbinger für die tolle Kommunikation bedanken.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, Bäcker, Restaurants und Cafés sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Wenn wir wieder Urlaub auf Rügen machen, dann in der Villa Louisa.
Wir werden die Wohnung 57 gerne an Freunde und Bekannte weiterempfehlen.
